Rehab at Home originated with the purpose of helping patients reach an optimal level of independence in their own home. We commit ourselves to maintaining a high level of professionalism and service for each patient we serve. Our staff works with patients, family members, and their referring doctors in order to provide the necessary care for their rehabilitation. Our bilingual staff has proved to be an asset to the service we offer and informational documents are available in Spanish when needed. Our coverage area will expand as Rehab at Home continues to grow.

Our Story
A group of physical therapists, each with over thirty years of professional experience with twenty drawing from home health, own Rehab at Home. After years of observing the discrepancy in quality between rehabilitation clinic and home healthcare, Rehab at Home, a community-based agency, was established to help close that gap. Over the last several years, Rehab at Home has emerged as a leading provider of home health services to Dallas/ Fort Worth and its surrounding areas.
